I've loved attending the weekly coaching sessions led by Deborah and Lesley. I was unsure about what to expect, but as someone who was diagnosed only 9 months ago, it has opened my eyes to the world of coaching, allowed me to better understand myself, access affordable high quality coaching with professionals and connect with others like me.
The Living with ADHD course that Deborah has run has been brilliant. So many practical things to implement which has been very useful. The course has helped me to make peace with the fact my brain works differently and it has been cathartic to be around other people who get it.
Deborah was great at keeping the group to time. Not an easy feat with a group of ADHDers although we didn't have a lot of time to talk to her she was able to give people specific advice on what would help them achieve their goals. For me it was spot on.
Join a group - where everyone talks, shares, and helps each other grow with the guidance of the coach.
Group coaching is a highly interactive and collaborative process where you share experiences, challenges, and insights and work together over several weeks to achieve individual goals.
Sessions are goal-oriented to help you achieve specific personal or professional objectives through open dialogue and peer learning.
As the coach I ask questions, offer guidance, and provide accountability. The content and structure is flexible and adapts to the needs and progress of the group members.
Peer-facilitated sessions are an opportunity for everyone to reflect on what they have tried to work on and to benefit from ideas and suggestions from the group.
The peer session is space to share challenges and solutions exchange ideas and reflect on your experience to help consolidate learning and establish new skills and habits.
