The "Powerful Coaching Conversations" programme equips individuals and teams with the necessary coaching skills and insights to effectively support inclusivity, and facilitate meaningful dialogues, enhance communication and engagement, reduce burnout and improve staff retention rates.

Deborah facilitated a Thinking Council session for our group and I found the process itself, and the way that Deborah explained and delivered it, extraordinary. I gained profound insights in a really short period of time. Deborah made it look effortless even though I know facilitating a group like this is anything but. The session flowed easily and to time even though Deborah hadn't met any of us before and never once imposed strict time limits. I'm still not quite sure how she managed that except to say that  people both trusted her enough to share freely, whilst also respecting her gentle leadership and time scales. Deborah is obviously extremely skilled at this sort of thing. It was a wonderful session and I will continue using some of the techniques in the group and in my personal life. A real eye opener. Thank you for sharing a great technique with us in such an understandable way.
